Dena Bowl Food Drive is a Success!

This season's Dena Bowl was much more than a football game. The two school's came together to hold the Dena Bowl Caring Cupboard Food Drive Challenge. The winner getting to hold the coveted Caring Cupboard Cup for the year. A total of 1,241.5 pounds of food was collected between the two schools. The winner, Northeast High School! Northeast Football Team Provides Support for the Caring Cupboard

Just a day after the Northeast family took home the Caring Cupboard Cup, the football team completed its year-long food drive. Team mom, Melissa Barnhart, delivered over 500lbs of food to the Cupboard in support of families in the greater Pasadena community.

2nd Annual Caring Cupboard Cup
This year's Caring Cupboard Cup Champion is Northeast High School! A total of 1,038 lbs of food was collected thanks to our incredible Pasadena community. In the last year, over one ton of nonperishable food has been collected to help in the fight against food insecurity!
